At the heart of National Semiconductor's support for the community is a commitment to education.

Through our K-12 Education Initiatives, thousands of teachers have received free professional development on math, science and technology, and dozens have won recognition awards for their use of science and technology in the classroom. In addition, National has provided numerous grants to schools to support stronger education programs. And National employees have contributed significant volunteer time to students.

National Semiconductor is also proud to partner with many universities through our Higher Education programs. We strive to find positive ways to make an impact on universities around the world. We give grants to selected academic partners to enhance the teaching and education of students in analog integrated circuits and electronics.
