PWI Eval Kit

The PowerWise(R) Eval Kit is a general purpose platform to test PowerWise(R) capable PMICs for functionality and compliance to the PWI 1.0 protocol. The kit contains all necessary support circuitry to evaluate PWI regulators including a programmable power supply, 16 channels of ADC, and 2 programmable current sinks.

The PWI Evaluation Kit is controlled by a Windows PC via USB. The CD contains the required software and documentation. The software enables the user to test the PMIC using Graphical User Interface or command line. A set of compliance tests are provided.

In addition to information on the usage of the Eval Kit, the documentation provides guidelines for the design of a custom PMIC plug-in board.
