LM8000 Touchscreen Controller Reference Design
For more information about Touchscreen Controllers The LM8300 and LM8500 Reference Designs provide a turnkey touchscreen evaluation platform based on the LM8000 Series of Touchscreen Controllers. A PCB interfaces a 4-wire Resistive Touch Panel to a host PC running the touchscreen drivers. Use a stylus to simulate the PC mouse operation.

- 9v Battery included, or use external 7-16v DC supply.
- RS232 host PC interface with cable.
- 4-wire Touch Panel connection, plus layout for additional panel connections.
- Select Active or Passive external filtering.
- Kit includes 4'x6' Resistive Touch Panel, with stylus.
- Two PC touchscreen drivers to evaluate:
-National's Win 2000/XP Touchscreen Driver.
-Touch-Base's Win 95/98/ME/2000/XP UPPD Touchscreen Driver.
Evaluation version, limited to 100 touches between calibrations.
