Description:
The Flash Emulation Adapters are a small PCB (1.5'x1.5') with a 68PLCC COP8CDR9 Flash device in a
socket, a 3.2MHz crystal, a power LED, a 2x7 header for the emulator cable, and a PLCC package plug
mounted on the bottom.
The adapter plug fits into a PLCC device socket on the target board (or it can be soldered to the board), and the
emulator connects to the adapter. The on-board COP8FLASH then becomes the target system controller,
running from the target clock.
The following devices can be used with this adapter:
- COP8Sxx9LVA Flash
- COP8Cxx9LVA Flash
Minimum Requirements:
- COP8-EM/DM/IM Flash Emulator.
- 68PLCC open-top socket, or Adapter pad layout on target PCB.
Boxes contain:
- Package Adapter PCB (1.5'x1.5'), with socketed COP8CDR9
