| The LM95235 is a +/-0.75°C accurate remote diode digital temperature sensor with an SMBus interface and TruTherm™ technology.
This evaluation board is designed to ease the evaluation and design-in of National Semiconductors LM95235 remote diode digital temperature sensor. The LM95235EVAL board connects via USB to a PC and is controlled by SensorEval software, which is included in the kit. SensorEval software allows easy access and control of the LM95235`s registers. The LM95235EVAL board includes headers and jumpers for controlling and possibly remotely connecting the digital I/O pins and the remote diode pins of the LM95235. The LM95235EVAL board is powered through the USB connection no other external power sources are necessary.

The Long Term Failure Rates were calculated
at 60% confidence using the Arrhenius equation at 0.7eV activation energy and derating the assumed stress
temperature of 150°C to an application temperature of 55°C.
