Overview:
This Seminar will be the first of a series of three that discusses National's solutions for video applications. Seminar will go over some basics of analog video amplifiers and ways to amplify, select, and amplify these types of signals. For the most part, the discussion will use analog video as an example, but it is equally applicable to other high speed operational amplifier applications as well. Next seminar: Serial Digital Video solutions for video applications.

Presenter:
Hooman Hashemi is a graduate of Santa Clara University, holding a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1988 . He obtained his B.S.E.E. from San Jose State University in 1983. Hooman joined National Semiconductor's Amplifier's Applications group in 1995. Since then he has worked on the definition and release of several general purpose and high speed devices.
