April 17, 2001 - Capitalizing on their experience in the serial digital interface component market, National Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE:NSM) will showcase high definition and standard definition interface solutions at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Convention and Exhibition next week. In booth L117 of the Las Vegas Convention Center, National will display several interactive demonstrations from its interface product group.
"National continues to target high-growth video markets, as demonstrated by our participation at events such as the NAB," said Mark Sauerwald, technical marketing manager of National's interface product line. "From cable equalization to cable driving, from parallel to serial and back again, National is offering its broadcast equipment customers an array of interface solutions."
NAB 2001 Demonstrations
At NAB 2001, National will be showcasing a full range of products for interface applications, from design tools, to products that ease the implementation of high definition interfaces. Highlights will include a demonstration of the soon to be announced CLC030, HD/SD serial digital encoder.
