National Semiconductor Corporation? today announced a power-on-reset (POR) voltage monitor with guaranteed accuracy of 1% over the entire temperature range of -20C to +85C and with guaranteed reset valid down to Vcc=0.5V. The micropower LP3470 voltage monitor, housed in a tiny SOT23-5 package, is designed to generate a reset output whenever the supply voltage falls below preset specifications
