Part of the Sensor AFE family, the LMP90100 is a configurable IC that provides a complete integrated signal path solution between sensor and microcontroller for high-precision, multi-channel sensing applications. It features: Up to 21.5 effective bits; True continuous background calibration at all gains; Continuous background sensor diagnostics; Programmable data rates with single-cycle settling; Dual programmable 0.1% matched sensor excitation sources; A flexible, programmable mux, which easily accommodates 4 differential or 7 single-ended measurements or any combinations thereof.
Applications include temperature transmitters (RTD, thermistors, thermocouples), pressure, force, load and strain sensors.
