Banned Substances Compliance Overview

National Semiconductor is committed to environment, health and safety excellence and meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements with respect to the use of hazardous substances. Numerous successful programs have been implemented to reduce the use of hazardous substances, chemicals and/or emissions. All of National's factories are ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified. National Semiconductor and all of its factories received a Green Partner Certification from Sony Corporation.

National Product Compliance
National's integrated circuits which are Lead-Free are RoHS compliant and meet the regulatory thresholds for cadmium, hexavalent chromium, lead, mercury, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs).
