LM3421 / LM3423
N-channel controller for constant-current LED drivers that delivers an input operating voltage rating of 75V and an adjustable high-side current sense with a typical voltage of 100 mV for tight LED current regulation with the highest efficiency possible. Output LED current regulation based on peak current-mode control with predictive Off-Time Control eases the design loop compensation while providing inherent input voltage feed-forward compensation.

LM3406 / LM3406HV
1.5A constant-current buck regulator for high-power LED drivers featuring a high-side N-channel MOSFET switch with a typical current limit of 2.0A and controlled on-time with true average current and an external current sense resistor, allow the output voltage to adjust as needed, delivering a constant current to series and series-parallel connected LED arrays of varying number and type.

LM3431
3-channel constant-current LED driver with integrated boost controller ideal for driving LED backlight panels in space-critical applications. It drives three external NPN transistors, or MOSFETs, to deliver high accuracy constant current to three LED strings, and can be expanded to drive as many as six LED strings.

LM3433
High-Brightness LED driver with high-frequency dimming provides a constant current for illuminating high-power LEDs. The output configuration allows multiple LED anodes to be tied directly to the ground-referenced chassis for maximum heat sink efficacy. An analog current control input means it can be adjusted to compensate for LED manufacturing variations and/or color temperature correction.
