The National Semiconductor Foundation management team, consisting of representatives from Community Relations, Finance, University Relations and Corporate Communications, works closely with site staff to identify opportunities for involvement in our global communities. An executive board, comprised of members of National's executive staff, sets the direction and guidelines of the National Semiconductor Foundation and approves all major grants.

Since its creation in August 2000, the National Semiconductor Foundation has provided over $11.5 million for charitable programs and grants in National's communities worldwide.
