To qualify for an internship or co-op position, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an accredited degree program. National Semiconductor limits its CO-OP/INTERN hiring to individuals who are U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. lawful permanent residents (LPR), temporary residents granted legalization under IRCA, asylees or refugees. For persons currently in F-1 Student status (including New Grads), National limits its hiring to candidates at the MS or Ph.D. level (or equivalent work experience).
Our intern program is very flexible. Assignments can be full or part-time and can alternate on a quarterly or semester basis.
