COP8 FLASH -

  • Important notice about programming COP8CxR9 and COP8SxR9 (32k) Flash devices.
    The programming algorithm has been changed for the 32k COP8Flash devices (the 8k devices are unchanged). COP8CxR9 and COP8SxR9 devices with date code 0318 or later will not program with the old algorithm. BP Microsystems, Data I/O, and Hi-Lo are the only recommended programmers for the new algorithm. The new algorithm should not be used for the date codes before 0318.

A complete system on a chip (Zero external components required), 2.7v-5.57 Supply, Power-On-Reset, 4 Clock Options with internal R/C, 16 bit Timers, Idle Timer, Halt/Idle, Microwire/SPI, Low EMI, Industry's smallest 28/44pin CSP packages, Fast Programming with Security, ROM versions. Erasable Development Devices.
