Description:

A hierarchical project presentation allows the designer to create projects, edit files, compile, assemble/link/build, simulate/debug applications, and download to an in-system emulator, all from a common environment.

The C-Compiler includes all required ANSI libraries, full 16/32 floating point support, an extended C library, and a COP8 optimizer. The relocating macro-assembler accepts all C macro definitions. A powerful linker generates ROMable code, and supports a wide range of industry-standard symbolic formats.

The C-Spy high level language simulator/debugger supports a macro language for peripheral and I/O simulation. Optional Source/Symbolic Level Debug support for National's COP8 OTP/ROM and COP8FLASH emulators.

IAR SYSTEMS COP8 Software Packages are copy-protected (Dongle) and serial number registered. Packages include a 1 year warranty period including Software Upgrades and Support. A Registration Form from IAR Systems is included with the shipment which must be filled out and sent back to IAR Systems for obtaining warranty services. Top of Page
