  • OTP Programming Notes/Issues - COP8SA,  COP8SG,  COP87L,  COP8ACC,    
    • Increase your COP8SAx7 programming yields. Ask your programmer vendor for v4.0 algorithm update!  
    • COP8SA programming problems on the DM?  See the Realtime Emulators section above.
  • Flash Programming Notes/Issues - COP8S,  COP8C,  COP8A 
    • Program faster with the latest version of COP8-SW-ISPK1!   Now supports 8k devices, and 3.2MHz target boards.    
    • Use the Kanda COP8-ISP Tool with dongle for target boards requiring other than 10MHz or 3.2MHz. 
    • Use the Kanda COP8-ISP Tool with dongle for target boards WITHOUT the 2xVcc circuits. 
    • Damaging FLASH devices during ISP?  You must have a correctly implemented 2xVcc circuit on your target board, including correct rise times.  Devices WILL be damaged if not done correctly.  See the User Notes in the device Product Folders.   Here is a link
