Summary:

COP8-PGMA Programming adapters can be purchased from National and various adapter vendors. COP8-PGMA adapters are designed to be used on a variety of programmers, including the COP8-DM, COP8-PM, COP8-EPU, and other third-party programmers.

• COP8-DM Kits have on-board 40DIP, 28SOIC, and 44PLCC sockets which support most COP8 OTP's without adapters (No FLASH programming). The EB and ACC kits also include the appropriate OTP Programming Adapter. Check the COP8-DM Kit Contents and Accessories Chart for more information.
• COP8-PM has on-board 40DIP, 28SOIC, and 44PLCC sockets which support COP8SA, SG, and AJ/K OTP's without adapters. (SOIC and PLCC sockets are optional). Optional on-board DIP sockets support Programming Adapters for 87Lxx, 8ACC7, SER7, and all COP8FLASH devices. Check the COP8-PM Programming Adapter Chart for more information.
• COP8-EPU has an on-board 40DIP socket only, which supports DIP COP8SA, SG, and 87L88 OTP's without adapters (No FLASH programming). All other devices require a Programming Adapter. 
• Third-Party Programmers may require a Programming Adapter for some COP8 devices. The programmer menu will indicate the appropriate adapter. Check with the programmer vendor for more information. Top of Page
