Create Internet Enabled Applications in record time using the proven code generation capabilities of National's revolutionary WEBENCH™ Online Development Environment (ODE), featuring Processor Expert™ (PE) from UNIS. Using PE's easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can quickly create your own Internet Access Project, without detailed knowledge of internet protocols, modem communications, or COP8 architecture.
The application code is completely auto-generated by PE from an easy-to-use graphical interface. You can quickly customize and incorporate different functional modules into your own project, and add new functions, without having to study the device manuals or write a single line of code.
The COP8-IA Reference Design demonstrates the accessiblity of a connected weather station via the Internet. From a remote site you can collect information about temperature, humidity, pressure and light intensity, and update the application firmware. Make modifications to the application code online, or use the standalone version of PE to develop your Internet Access project offline.
