National's proprietary CSP technology, LLP, is available in 44 pins for the COP8SG and COP8FLASH Family devices.
Up to 40 I/O pins, and an extremely small footprint makes this an ideal solution for more complex, compact applications. The 44 pin LLP package shrinks device size to 1/3 of the smallest existing 44 pin jedec package.
 28 pin Laminate CSP
Available for the COP8SA Family devices, which require zero external components in many applications. Low cost, and an extremely small footprint makes this an ideal solution for compact applications.
48 and 56 pin TSSOP
Available for the COP8FLASH Family devices. Up to 50 I/O pins, and an extremely small footprint makes this an ideal solution for compact applications.
