LMX2531 Family PLL

The LMX2531 Family is the industry’s lowest power high performance monolithic phase-locked loop and voltage-controlled oscillator (PLL+VCO) integrated circuit. National’s LMX2531 Family is well suited for cellular infrastructure as well as broad-market applications such as automotive, satellite, and test and measurement equipment.

Leveraging expertise in radio (RF) design and advanced process technology, National's team of designers developed the LMX2531 Family, an integrated PLL+VCO that delivers both high performance and a high degree of integration. This enables design engineers to generate solutions that have a lower bill of materials as well as a smaller circuit footprint.
