Space Level Die Products

Overview

National's Die Products Business Unit offers a broad range of products in die and wafer form with many products available to several screening levels, including Space. For more information visit Die Products.

While some users upscreen military or even commercial grade die for use in space hybrids / modules, this can add significant risk to mission success. Working together, the Die Products Business Unit and Space Level team are able to to provide full space level grade die.

If a product is available as a Space Level packaged part then, in general, an equivalent Space Level die is also available, coming from the same space level die bank. Consequently, if a packaged part is offered with a radiation guarantee then there is an equivalent radiation guaranteed die product.
