LM20xxx Family of PowerWise® Synchronous Buck Regulators
National Semiconductor's new LM20000 family ("LM20K") of full-featured PowerWise synchronous buck regulators provides high efficiency synchronous DC-DC step-down power conversion for point-of-load (PoL) applications. The family offers a full range of features and options enabling the designer to fully customize their power solution to meet system needs. When powering multiple points-of-load, a combination of appropriate devices can be chosen based upon the features to create a small, efficient, and complete solution with minimal external components or circuitry. The LM201xx devices (eTSSOP-16 package) have a VIN range from 2.95V to 5.5V and supports up to 6A loads. The LM202xx and LM203xx devices (eTSSOP-20 package) have a VIN range from 4.5V to 36V and supports up to 3A loads.
