By using a new high-voltage BCD process, National has introduced a complete line of LM5000 all-in-one switching regulator ICs that can endure transients up to 100V and offer efficiency improvements of 3-5% over existing solutions on the market. Combining advanced process technology, chip-scale packaging, and proprietary circuitry, National has developed a range of power management solutions for reliable, high- performance, cost-effective system design.
