Low Voltage (<42V) Power Conversion for FPGAs, ASICs and SoCs
Digital integrated circuits (ICs) such as microprocessors, microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, CPLDs and ASICs have special power management requirements. Power consumption for digital ICs depends on a variety of factors such as operating frequency, code intensity and peripheral use. Common needs for powering digital ICs include: multiple power rails, the ability to dynamically change output voltage, low output voltages, high output currents, high output accuracy and startup/shutdown features. National has a broad portfolio of DC/DC converters that meet the needs to power digital ICs.
