National Semiconductor’s Trusted Solutions Business Unit has been supplying the DoD and it’s contractors with Trusted Foundry services since the Trusted Access Program was launched in October 2006. We provide a turnkey approach and an end-to-end trusted solution with a proven trusted supplier infrastructure.

We offer a wide range CMOS processes with BiCMOS and complimentary BiCMOS variations which have SiGe, SOI and Hi Voltage options. Our design technologies range from 0.65 μm down to 130 nm. Specialized IP options, such as the UNG (unique number generator) for die ID fingerprinting is available on most processes. Rad-hard by design capabilities are available for our 0.25 μm and 0.18 μm processes.
