Environmental, Health and Safety
The company has installed state-of-the-art facilities to ensure smooth operation and cost-effective manufacturing. There are Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems, Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation (HVAC), a DI water plant, a waste water treatment plant, a fire fighting system, a fire alarm system, a diesel generator, and more. All the facility systems are governed by a Building Management System (BMS), providing automated control and monitoring.

Site
National decided to invest $200 million in a new assembly and test facility in China in 2002, to provide the best possible customer response in a growing region. Plant construction started at the end of November 2002 and was completed in March 2004. Assembly and test production started in May 2004.
The plant's 51,800 square meters of floor space covers three buildings: manufacturing, office, and utility operations.
Products
Production started in May 2004 with SOIC packages, using state-of-the-art equipment and processes. Manufacturing capabilities encompass wafer back metal and grind, wafer sort, assembly and final test.
