National Semiconductor's policy is to conduct personnel searches based on current and anticipated needs by utilizing our internal recruitment staff first and foremost.
Select position openings may on occasion be identified for assignment to one of our preferred agency vendors. If you are interested in having your organization considered for future inclusion on our vendor list, please forward the following information to my attention:
- Agency name, location, specialization and contact information
- Description of products / services offered that differentiate your organization
- Agency references that we may contact
We are continuously adding and deleting agencies from our preferred agency list based on proven performance results.
Please be advised that any candidate information that you choose to disclose to employees of National Semiconductor prior to being contracted to conduct a specific job search will be considered free, and you will forfeit all rights to compensation should a candidate placement occur as a result of the information that you have disclosed unsolicited to us.
We will not consider an agency search to be valid until:
- an NSC Agency Agreement has been put into effect through the Global Staffing Organization
- an NSC purchase order number has been issued to the vendor
- and specific search criteria have been communicated to the agency by a staffing or authorized recruiter
All agency partners are responsible for complying with National Semiconductor EEO/AAP policies. Agency compensation will be partially based on referring qualified minority and female applicants.
