Pay for Performance
Our employees are rewarded for individual, team and company performance. Employees are given opportunities to share the company's achievement through various incentive plan programs. The Success Sharing Incentive Plan enables employees to share National's success through quarterly cash payouts that are made when our profitability goals are met. Employees who significantly impact National's strategic goals are eligible participate in the Employee Variable Pay Incentive Plan (EVP). Under this plan, employee bonuses will be based on achievement of specific strategic and management objectives as well as on corporate and business-unit financial performance.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
National’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows employees to set aside funds with each paycheck to purchase National’s common stock at 15% discount off the fair market value. Purchase price will be determined based on the lower of either the first or last day in the purchase quarter.
Retirement and Savings Programs
National wants to help employees prepare for future retirement. In the U.S., National’s 401K plan allows employees to set aside up to 30% of eligible income on a pre-tax basis, and National offers a generous match. In other countries, the Retirement and Savings programs vary based on location.
